Ryan is a brilliant writer. I recommend all of his books. And this one is my favorite.
Similar to Meditations, this book gives you applicable strategies for gaining perspective, being more decisive, and mastering your mindset.
On my journey, I never found a book for men that outlined precisely how to build confidence, step-by-step.
It’s why, after almost 10 years of studying, applying what I’d learned, and coaching, I authored Confidence for Men.
